Fully electric - fully suitable for everyday life: the new Aiways U5.
Experience the vehicles of tomorrow,
in series today – thanks to Aiways.
With a mission to solve the mobility challenges of tomorrow and drive forward progressive development in the automotive industry, Aiways was founded as a start-up in 2017 by the Chinese entrepreneurs Samuel Fu and Gary Gu.
Development of the U5 started with a blank sheet of paper and the desire to make electric driving as enjoyable, exciting and affordable as possible. From ordering to use.
A few short years later, the global Aiways network comprises a highly innovative, digitalised plant in Shangrao (China) with an annual capacity of 300,000 vehicles, an R&D centre and a design centre in Shanghai (China), a battery factory in Changshu (China) and the European Sales Centre in Munich.
At the company’s headquarters in Shanghai, a team of experienced engineers, technical specialists, designers and industrial experts work with top-class partners along the entire supply chain.
Careers
Are you someone who questions the status quo in the automotive industry, takes a great interest in the future of electric vehicles and is open to new ideas? If so, we want to get to know you.
We are a strong and diverse team with a wide variety of characters and backgrounds. Some of us already have considerable experience under out belts from the days of internal combustion engines, whereas some of us are completely new to the field of mobility. Whatever the story told by your CV, we are happy to listen.
We are Aiways – and we are driving forward the evolution of the automotive industry.
We are a Chinese mobility start-up, founded in 2017. Our team brings together a wide range of characters with many different backgrounds. Knowledgeable and experienced professionals from the era of internal combustion engines are joined by innovation-driven newcomers to the mobility sector.
With our headquarters in the Chinese city of Shanghai and our European headquarters in Munich, our aim is always to question ourselves, our products and our partners – time and again. In this regard, we focus on long-term, sustainable benefits for our customers, without losing sight of the need for flexible implementation.
The thrill of electric mobility.
As a young and innovative company, we are committed to redefining electric mobility within the premium segment and making it accessible to a wider target group for the first time – with modern distribution channels, expert partners and state-of-the-art technologies. We have therefore questioned and redefined the concept of mobility in its entirety.
Our aim is to develop a highly innovative, fully electric vehicle that reflects the day-to-day requirements of modern life – and that is also ready for the challenges of tomorrow.
It is no less important, however, to make this leap as simple as possible. We are here to help you as you take your first steps towards a new age of mobility. We believe that the mobility challenges of the future can only be solved through synergies and partnerships.
