The service at a glance:

Roadside assistance in the event of incapacity in the following cases:

  • Mechanical or electrical breakdown.
  • Self-inflicted issues (e.g. vehicle’s battery running out of power. Key problems: locked out, lost or broken. Tire problems: puncture, bolts or valve related issues.)
  • Defects on safety related components (i.e., warning lights airbag system, ABS system, instrument panel, seatbelt, windscreen wipers etc.)

The following is excluded from Aiways roadside assistance:

  • Vehicles involved in motor racing, rallies, speed or duration tests, practice run, or operated outside official roads.
  • Assistance required as result of wars, riots, uprising, mass political demonstrations, pillage, use for military purposes or acts of terrorism, earthquake damage, freak weather conditions, atmospheric phenomena, nuclear radiation hazards caused by various factors.
  • Breakdown caused by deliberate damage or vandalism by the owner or involvement in a criminal act or offence.
  • Any damage as result of intervention of the authorities of the country where the assistance is given or damage, caused by unforeseen circumstances.
  • Any damage resulting of the use of the vehicle against the recommendations in the owner manual.
  • Any consequential cost and/or damage to property as result of a breakdown.
  • Vehicles kept in a non-roadworthy condition or not serviced by Aiways authorized workshop in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations.
  • Any cost that would have been payable if the breakdown had not occurred, e.g. food, accommodation, taxi fares, and petrol or toll charges.
  • Any service not previously authorized by Aiways Assistance.
  • Vehicles driven to the Aiways partner workshop are not entitled for assistance services. Exception applies only upon approval of Aiways Assistance call centre.
  • Services linked to deaths or to be hospitalized due to illness or injury while travelling with or without the car.
  • Legal assistance & expenses.
  • Taxis, rental cars, police cars, ambulances and cars used by driving-schools.
